This is SOOO good!!! My mom made it and it was wonderful... you NEED to try this one:1 baked pie crust
1 (6 oz.) can frozen pink lemonade, thawed
1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened
few drops food coloring
1 can condensed milk
1 container non dairy whipped topping (thawed)
1/2 c. coconut, tinted pink-
In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. gradually beat in condensed milk lemonade and food coloring. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into the prepared crust. Chill 4 hours. Garnish with coconut.
